About Cathy

Hi, thank you for your interest! My name is Cathy Danca, I am the owner and lead designer at FloralandFiber.com.

​

I am an accomplished floral designer and owner of a floral design business for over 15 years. My special design talent is natural, botanical, vegetative or rustic. My designs are rich with a variety of textures and are up-to-date with current trends.  I also enjoy working in the oriental or Ikebana style.

​

However, I can work with any flower, color or style you’d like. Show me pictures of your favorite design and I am happy to recreate something you will love.

​

In addition to floral design, I design with fiber. The fiber element of my creations are hand dyed silk scarves embellished with alpaca, wool and an occasional iridescent fiber.

​

For local clients, I can service your wedding, shower or any special occasion with lovely and affordable options. 

​

Other services include creating and planting wondrous, lush seasonal containers.  I also design and install small landscape areas. 

​

I can also help you to plan and execute a fun floral design party.
